This is a great question! Our pricing structure for our House Washing service depends on a few different factors.
1)What type of siding do you have?
Surface type, whether the siding is vinyl, aluminum, painted wood, cedar shakes, etc are all contributing factors to our pricing.
Vinyl Siding is typically the most common type of siding found in our Connecticut/Massachusetts & Rhode Island service area and it is also the easiest to clean and maintain. Aluminum, as well as different types of wood are also seen on older homes. The ladder types of siding are often much more difficult to clean and result in a more delicate and lengthy cleaning process.
2)What is the size of your home?
Square footage, number of stories, accessibility to certain areas are all taken into account during our Power Washing proposal process.
Is your home two stories in the front? Or is it only one? Do you have a walkout basement? Or what about a detached garage that needs cleaning to? These are all factors that go into our pricing for your home!
